I won't waste your time. The solution is to simply turn off the computer and wait for some time, ~1 minute. It should fix itself.

But on the other side, I've discovered MediaTek's chips suck ass. Be it the RZ616 on my fw13 or the RZ608 on my Asus ROG motherboard, I keep running into this bullshit where bluetooth just dies and I have to shut down and wait to get this fixed. Mediatek can frick off :D
