Delegations

Delegation policy (Applicable only to Middle and Senior School)

A delegation is when a group of delegates form a ‘team’ to participate in different committees. Forming a delegation with your friends can greatly improve your chances of placing, since you will be able to share research, help with speeches, etc…

Each delegate in the delegation MUST be in EACH committee. So for example, if there is a delegation with 3 delegates, namely: A, B and C, and there are 3 committees, then A should represent committee 1, B should represent committee 2, and C should represent committee 3.

If a delegation falls short of delegates, then the delegation is not counted, and you will have to participate individually.

For Middle School:
We are allowing a minimum and maximum of 3 delegates per delegation.

For Senior School:
We are allowing a minimum and maximum of 2 delegates per delegation.

If anyone wishes to form a delegation:

Mail the respective EB members in the same format as below:

Delegation Name: XYZ
Delegate 1: Full name – Grade – Committee
Delegate 2: Full name – Grade – Committee
…and so on.
